Algoa Steel Vaal, based in Vereeniging, Gauteng, was established in 2015 by Kobus Krugel. Built on a strong foundation of industry knowledge and customer-focused service, the branch continues to serve their region with quality steel & roofing products and reliable support.
The company’s roots trace back to 2002, when the main branch was founded in Port Elizabeth by Kobus Krugel and Karel Spangenberg. This marked the beginning of a business committed to excellence, integrity, and long-term relationships within the steel industry.
In 2008, Antonie Swart joined them as a partner, bringing additional expertise and contributing to the company’s continued growth and success.
Today, Algoa Steel Vaal remains dedicated to delivering high-quality roof sheeting, flashings, and steel solutions, backed by dependable service and a commitment to meeting the needs of every customer.
